How to Download Your Etsy Data

Log in to Etsy and go to Shop Manager (the icon that looks like a storefront in the top navigation).

Click Settings in the left sidebar, then choose Options from the dropdown.

Click the Download Data tab at the top of the Options page.

Download each of these files — you can select a date range before downloading:
Sold Orders CSV — your revenue, dates, and customer locations. Download one year at a time going back as far as you have data.
Order Items CSV — the individual products within each order. This unlocks the Products tab and category breakdowns. Also download one year at a time.
Listings CSV — your current active listings with prices and tags.
Reviews JSON — all your customer reviews and star ratings.

Go to the Data tab in ShopIntel and drag all the files in at once. ShopIntel will automatically detect what each file is and merge it with any existing data.
Tip: ShopIntel remembers your data between sessions. Each month, just download the latest Sold Orders and Order Items files and drop them in — it will add the new data without duplicating anything old.
Using AI Analysis

Upload your Etsy data in the Data tab first — the more data you have, the better the analysis.
